MHTCET 14 Oct Exam was conducted in Two shifts first shift was scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Whereas second shift was conducted From 2:30 PM To 5:30 PM

2 QUESTIONS WERE DIRECTLY ASKED FROM 2017 PHYSICS WITHOUT EVEN CHANGING THE VALUES. PYQ’s💯
CONCEPT YOU NEED TO REVISE FROM TODAY’S EXAM SHIFT 2.
1. Circular motion- v=r x w
Centripital and centrifugal forces.
Conical pendulum basic formula and proportionality.
Kinematical equations.
2.Gravitation- escape velocity and critical velocity.
Read textbook summary.
3.Rotational motion- paralell axes theorem, angular momentum.
MI about rod, disc turning into sphere vice versa.
4.Oscillation- Min. Max. Displacement and acceleration.
5.Elasticity- Hookes law, relation between young’s modulus coefficient of linear expansion. Read summary and learn all formulas.
6. Surface tension- Rise of liquid capilary tube. Again summary of hsc textbook will help.
7. Wave motion- shm amplitude, Dopler effect.
8. Stationary waves- overtone of 2 nodes 1 antinode.
Imp(vibrating string, modes of vibrating string).
Open pipe close pipe.
9.KTG- degrees of freedom. Black body (assured topics from this chap).
10. Wave theory- Polorisation concept.
11. Int. Diff. - fringe width, concept of diffraction(txt pg.177). Microscope.
12. Electrostatics- Capacitor.
14. MEEC- function of shunt resistor. Sensitivity of MCG.
15. Magnetism- Magnetization and magnetic intensity. B and H relation.
16. EMI- Power avg. e.rms i. rms
Resonant circuits (impedance, omega L and 1/omega C).
LCR circuit.
17, 18, 19, 20 chapters are concept based and can complete in much less hrs compare to other chapters. Semiconductors,(Emitter base collector all equations). Communication system,(Earth’s atmosphere txt pg no. 337)
🔋Scalars and vectors had 2 Questions which were easy if you have studied basic dot product and 12th maths topic.
MOST OF THE QUESTIONS WERE THEROY AND CONCEPT BASED, READ TEXTBOOK SUMMARY AND FORMULAS. IF YOU HAVENT COVERED ANY OF THESE CHAPTERS1-10 DO NOT WASTE TIME IN DOING THAT. REVISE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.
